Intention Setting;
Where do I start?
During our Intention Setting Session, we take the time to listen to what you desire to change, shift, or work through. This is an opportunity for us to establish a trusting relationship and figure out how we can best support you. This consultation usually lasts around 30 minutes, and can be done over the phone, video call, or in person.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a “spiritual practice” that is used to find energetic balance for the entire person. Its roots reach back to Japan where a man by the name of Mikao Usui founded this alternative therapy. He taught this practice to 2,000 people in his lifetime to help heal physical, mental, and emotional disease.
Working with our Chakra System, Reiki sessions can reduce stress and promote healing in different ways. Our bodies are energy in motion and whenever that energy becomes stagnant, we can use our tools to get back into flow. Not only do we get the chance to recognize misalignments in our energy body, we get a better understanding of how to find and keep balance.
The Queens Magick takes a hands off approach for in person Reiki, as well as offering a long distance option. Rather the hands hover over the body, working in the energy field. Some tools we use are crystals, symbols, affirmations, essential oils, and sound healing
Why would someone need Reiki?
Sessions are an hour long, prepare by eating a nutritious meal and wear comfy clothes.
We use Reiki to bring awareness to our chakras so that the body can heal itself.
Integration
With every energy healing session with us, we support you in integrating the lessons and gifts that were uncovered.
healing is a life long journey and is our responsibility to do the work for ourselves. avoid by passing. As we learn new things about ourselves we have to integrate these things so we can move forward.
most of our work has to be done for ourselves. how we’re going to apply what we’re learning to our every day lives. these changes could be in areas like foods you eat, words you use, colors you wear, boundaries you’re setting. Each session is to help you take steps in the right direction.
